Who is this for?
For those who are interested in nature, would like to catch
big trout and grayling, who enjoy spending time in a group etc.
Minimun 2 persons, maximum 5 persons.Fishes: trout, grayling and pike.
Where?
In Ylitornio, in a trout river. Fish on the fine rapids with a lure and fly.
When?
In summer, from 15th May to 10th September.
Salmon are protected from Monday at 7 p.m. to Wednesday at 7 p.m.
Duration?
2 days and one night
What do you do, and how?
We head towards the river in the morning (or in the evening).
First we get acquainted with the rapids and get ready for fishing.
One part of our trip is to enjoy beautiful nature, for example while
having a cup of coffee/tea by the campfire. We spend the night
outside in a tent by the river. In the morning we continue fishing.
A
part of the catch can be prepared for food on site. The fishing
guide advises on choosing the right flies and lures. Also guidance
in casting flies is provided.
Remember!
A sleeping bag of your own, rubber boots and
appropriate dress are necessary.
Fishing
licences for the river Tornionjoki for one day, the fishing guide
services, coffee/tea and transportation to the fishing location.
A
refrigerator, a fly-binding bench, a coffee maker,
a water boiler and a small TV are available in the car provided.
